6.D. - Page 42 of 53 <br />this Third Amendment and Exhibit B of the Original Agreement, including but not limited to the required <br />contents of the Affordability Covenants, the provisions of Exhibit A of this Third Amendment shall <br />govern. <br />4. Restrictions For Affordable Ownership Housing. Exhibit C of the Original <br />Agreement is hereby replaced with Revised Exhibit C (Addendum to Grant Deed), attached to <br />this Third Amendment and incorporated by reference. <br />5. No Other Modifications. Except as specifically modified herein, the Agreement <br />remains in full force and effect. To the extent that any provision of this Third Amendment conflicts with <br />any provisions of the Agreement, this Third Amendment shall control. <br />6. Miscellaneous. The individuals executing this Third Amendment and the <br />instruments referenced in it on behalf of Contractor each represent and warrant that they have the <br />legal power, right and actual authority to bind Contractor to the terms and conditions of this Third <br />Amendment.
