(b) The City Attorney is authorized and directed to prepare an <br /> execution copy of the Development Agreement and to make any necessary <br /> technical corrections or additions to the Development Agreement prior to its <br /> execution, including without limit'mg the foregoing, the insertion of relevant dates, <br /> the insertion of resolution and ordinance numbers, the insertion of document <br /> identification numbers, and correction of typographical errors. <br /> <br /> (c) The City Manager and City Clerk, acting for and on behalf of the <br /> District, are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said Development Agreement, for and on behalf of the Redwood <br /> City General Improvement District No. 1-64. <br /> <br /> Section 3. The Development Agreement is consistent with the General Plan <br />of the City of Redwood City. The "Findings of Consistency Between the Electronic <br />Arts Master Plan Project and the General Plan of the City of Redwood City" attached as <br />Exhibit "A" to the Ordinance Approving And Authorizing Execution Of A Development <br />Agreement Between The City Of Redwood City, Flatirons Funding, Limited Partnership, <br />And Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 are hereby adopted and <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> Section 4. The "Findings, Facts in Support of Findings and Statement of <br />Overriding Considerations Regarding the Environmental Impact Report for the Electronic <br />Arts Headquarters Master Plan," attached to Resolution ]2~3~.
