DES:djk 07/10/96 (015/42) <br /> <br /> of San Mateo pursuant to the Capacity Agreement shall not be the <br /> source of treatment capacity for the Annexing Territory. <br /> <br /> 3. The Annexing Territory is all that certain real property <br /> located in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 36 and Lot 37, Block 605 and a portion of West California Way as said Lot, Block and Way <br />are shown on the map entitled "Highlands of Emerald Lake, Subdivision Six", filed in the office of <br />the Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California on May 4, 1927, in Book 15 of Maps at <br />Pages 64, 65 and 66, and more particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at intersection of the southerly line of said West California Way with the westerly <br />corner of said Lot 36; Thence from said Point of Beginning, leaving said southerly line in a <br />northwesterly direction 50 feet more or less, along the northwesterly prolongation of the <br />southwesterly line of Lot 36 to a point in the northerly line of West California Way; Thence <br />northeasterly along said northerly line 150 feet more or less to the southerly comer of Lot 27,, <br />Block 205 as said Lot and Block are shown on the map entitled "Estates of Emerald Lake <br />Subdivision Two" filed in the office of the Recorder of San Marco County, State of California on <br />August I, 1927, in Book 16 of maps at pages 18 to 21, said point also being an angle point in the <br />boundary of the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution <br />No. 47528 passed and adopted on November 12, 1985; Thence leaving said northerly line and <br />district boundary, in a southerly direction, in a direct line 55 feet more or less to the northerly <br />comer of said Lot 37; Thence southeasterly, 129 feet more or less along the northeasterly line of <br />said Lot to the easterly comer thereof; Thence southwesterly along the southeasterly line of said <br />Lot 37 and continuing along the southeasterly line of said Lot 36, 124 feet more or less to the <br />southerly comer of said Lot 36; Thence northwesterly along the southwesterly line of said Lot, <br />197 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning. <br /> <br /> 4. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> directed to execute, and to attest thereto respectively, that <br /> certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood City, the <br /> County of San Mateo, and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br /> Maintenance District entitled, "Supplemental Agreement No. 21 to <br /> Agreement for Sewage Transmission, Treatment and Disposal of <br /> Sanitary Sewerage By and Between the City of Redwood City, the <br /> County of San Mateo and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
