(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on July 22, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Borgens to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the environmental consulting services agreement with AECOM for the preparation of an <br />Environmental Impact Report in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act for <br />the South Main Mixed -Use Project at 1601 EI Camino Real in the amount of $439,702, for a <br />total amount not to exceed $922,250. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
