(AECOM) for the 101/84 (Woodside Road) Interchange <br />Project Plans, Specifications and Estimate (PS&E) and Right of Way Support (R/W <br />Support)phase <br />AGENDA ITEM: 6.E. (304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on July 22, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Borgens to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />3 to the Agreement with AECOM in the amount not to exceed $504,761 for additional services <br />pertaining to custom structure aesthetic design, right of way support and field surveys, and <br />extend the term of Agreement to September 30, 2020; and authorize the City Manager to <br />further amend the Agreement in an amount not to exceed $125,000 to cover supplemental <br />additional services (if needed). <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
