(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on July 22, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Aguirre/Borgens to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) in the amount of $167,000 for a total contract <br />of $322,300 to license Geographic Information System software, extend the ELA for a period <br />of three years, and authorize the City Manager to increase the amount of the amendment to <br />the agreement, if necessary, up to 10% not to exceed $183,700. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
