(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on July 22, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Masur/Aguirre to: <br />1. Approve the Final Map for 612 Jefferson Avenue. <br />2. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement Agreement with <br />Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. <br />3. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement <br />with Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. <br />4. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute amendments to the Affordability <br />Agreement and Affordability Covenant with Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco. <br />5. Authorize the City Manager to make any minor, clarifying and conforming changes to the <br />agreements specified above as approved by the City Attorney. <br />Motion passes 6-0-1 by electronic vote with Vice Mayor Howard recused and <br />abstained. q <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
