(505) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on July 22, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Howard/Hale to authorize the City Manager to accept the Library Services and <br />Technology Act grant award of $99,760 from the California State Library and authorize the <br />Library Director to execute the grant agreement. <br />Adopt a resolution approving an appropriation amendment to Fiscal Year 2019-20 General <br />Fund budget to increase revenues by $99,760 and to increase expenditures by $99,760 for <br />the grant acceptance and project implementation, respectively. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />W1 1 <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
