=OF REDWOOD CITY <br />PLAN CHECKER <br />Experience: <br />EXHIBIT A <br />Three years of increasingly responsible experience in the design, review, or <br />inspection of buildings. <br />Traininq: <br />Equivalent to a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with <br />major course work in structural, mechanical, or civil engineering, architecture, or a <br />closely related field. <br />License or Certificate: <br />Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid driver's license. <br />Plan Checker I <br />Obtain certification as a plans examiner by I.C.B.O. within two years of <br />employment. <br />Plan Checker II <br />Possession of a certificate of registration as an architect or engineer in the State of <br />California. <br />Special Reauirements: <br />Essential duties require the following physical abilities and work environment: <br />Ability to work in a standard office environment. <br />Effective Date: <br />3 <br />14119 <br />
