The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto respectively, that <br />certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood City, the <br />County of San Mateo, and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br />Maintenance District entitled, "Supplemental Agreement No. 20 to <br />Agreement for Sewage Transmission, Treatment and Disposal of <br />Sanitary Sewerage By and Between the City of Redwood City, the <br />County of San Mateo and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br />Maintenance District" in the form of Exhibit "I" hereof, attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />transmit a certified copy of this resolution to the County of San <br />Mateo and to the owners of the Annexing Territory. <br /> <br /> 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
