Agreement between the City of Redwood City and All City Management <br />Services for crossing guard services (304) MO 19-138 <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve by motion, a one-year agreement between the City of Redwood City <br />and All City Management Services to provide crossing guard services for Fiscal <br />Year (FY) 2019-20, and authorize the City Manager or her designee to execute <br />the agreement. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.K. Authorize letters to Assemblymember Mullin and Senator Hill in opposition to <br />Assembly Bill 516, Authority to remove vehicles (205) MO 19-139 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, authorize the Mayor to send letters to Assemblymember Mullin and <br />Senator Hill opposing AB 516, which would eliminate the ability of the City to <br />effectively enforce state vehicle code sections and local vehicle ordinances <br />related to vehicles left on the roadway in violation of the 72 -hour parking limit, <br />vehicles with registration expired more than six months, and vehicles with <br />excessive unpaid parking citations. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />61.
