EXHIBIT "A" PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF THE LANDS OF KORMAN TO THE EMERALD LAKE HEIGHTS SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT (Vic. Turn Suden Way) Lot 24, Block 601 and a portion of Turn Suden Way (formerly called Park Way) as said Lot, Block and Way are shown on the map entitled "Highlands of Emerald Lake Subdivision No. 6, San Mateo County, California", filed in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California on May 4, 1927, in Book 15 of Maps, at Pages 64, 65 and 66, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the easterly line of said Turn Suden Way with the northwesterly corner of said Lot 24, said point also being an angle point in the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 47245 passed and adopted on August 27, 1985; Thence from said Point of Beginning, leaving said easterly line and in an easterly direction, 100 feet more or less along thc northerly line of said Lot and said district boundaries to t~e northeasterly corner thereof; Thence leaving said district boundaries, southerly along the easterly line ofsald Lot, 74 feet more or less to the southeasterly corner thereof, Thence westerly along the southerly line of said Lot and its westerly prolongation 141 feet more or less, to a point in the westerly line of Turn Suden Way, said point also being a point in the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District boundary as established by Resolution No. 47245 passed and adopted on August 27, 1985; Thence in a general northerly direction along said westerly line and district boundary 90 feet more or less to an angle in said district boundary; Thence leaving said district boundary and continuing northerly along said westerly line of Turn Suden Way and its northeasterly prolongation 450 feet more or less to the centerline of California Way as shown on said map, said point also being a point in the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 44822 passed and adopted on August 9, 1983; Thence southeasterly along said centerline and district boundary 25 feet more or less to the intersection with the centerline of Turn Suden Way; Thence southwesterly along said centerline and district boundaries 190 feet more or less to a point distant North 60° 06' West 25 feet from the most northerly corner of Lot 21, Block 601 as shown on said map; Thence leaving said centerline and continuing along said district boundaries 25 feet more or less to the northerly corner of said Lot 21 and a point in said easterly line of Turn Suden Way said point also being an angle point in the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as established by Resolution No. 47575 passed and adopted on December 3, 1985; Thence southwesterly along said easterly line and said district boundary and along the district boundaries as established by said Resolution No. 47245 159 feet more or less to the Point of Beginning.
