Including photocopied or telecopied versions thereof, each of which shall <br />be deemed an original, and all of which constitute the same Instrument. <br /> <br />H. No Third P~rty Beneficiary Richts. Nothing in this Agreement shall <br />create any third party beneficiary in any person or entity not a Party hereof. <br /> <br />/. Non-Assignability. Neither this Agreement nor any right or interest <br />hereunder shall be assignable by any Party without the prior written consent of the other <br />Parties. <br /> <br />J. Gender and Number. Aoolicable Law.
