<br />6.38 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING eXECUTION OF MASTER <br />AGREEMENTS, PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, FUND <br />EXCHANGE AGREEMENTS ANDIOR FUND TRANSFER <br />AGREEMENTS FOR LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL AID PROJECTS; <br />AND DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER AS THE AUTHORIZED <br />REPRESENTATIVE TO EXECUTe ALL MASTER AGREEMENTS; AN.D <br />DESIGNATING THE CITY ENGINEER AS THE AUTHORIZED <br />REPRESENTATIVE TO EXECUTE ALL PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL <br />AGREEMENTS, FUND EXCHANGE AGREEMENTS ANDIOR FUND <br />TRANSFER AGREEMENTS RELATED TO THE MASTER AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is eligible to receive Federal and/or State <br />funding for certain Transportation Projects, through the California Department of <br />Transportation; and <br />WHEREAS, Master Agreements. Program Supplemental Agreement. Fund <br />Exchange Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements need to be executed with the <br />California Department of Transportation before such funds could be claimed; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to delegate authorization to execute these Master <br />Agreements and any amendments thereto to the City Manager; and <br />WHEREAS, the City wishes to delegate authorization to execute these Program <br />Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements, Fund Transfer Agreements <br />and any amendments thereto to the City Engineer; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1 . The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br />incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />2. The master agreements, program supplemental agreement, fund <br />exchange agreements and/or fund transfer agreements for local agency federal aid <br />projects are hereby approved. <br />3.
