The Annexing Territory is all that certain real property <br />located in the County of San Mateo, State of California, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot 11, Block 304, ~ delineamd upon that certain Map entitled "Highlan~ of Emerald Latin <br />Sub~vis~n Three", ~ed ~r reco~ M ~e offic~ of ~e Reco~ of ~e Coun~ of San Mateo, <br />Stat. of C_.ali~m~, on Novemb~ 15~, 1926 M Book 14 of Maps ~ Pag~ 47 ~ 50, Mclu~ve. <br /> <br /> (AoP.N. 057-262-0B0) <br /> <br /> 4. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto respectively, that <br />certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood City, the <br />County of San Mateo, and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br />Maintenance District entitled, "Supplemental Agreement No. 18 to <br />Agreement for Sewage Transmission, Treatment and Disposal of <br />Sanitary Sewerage By and Between the City of Redwood City, the <br />County of San Mateo and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br />Maintenance District" in the form of Exhibit "I" hereof, attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 5.
