Property owner pays a sewer connection fee of $550.00 per connection to the <br />City. <br />2. The property owner agrees to consent to future annexation of the property to <br />the City. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONDITIONALLY CONSENTING TO ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO <br />OAK KNOLL SewER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF ANNEXATION AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION THEREWITH <br /> <br />B.
