We will work <br />closely with your staff and community to prepare a General Plan that reflects the values and vision <br />of the community. Per our discussion, we are pleased to submit this "Quick Start" proposal to begin <br />the process as we continue to work together to refine the larger scope of work for the project. <br /> <br />As outlined in the attached Quick Start scope of work and budget, we will begin participating in <br />important events and formulating the baseline conditions while finalizing the scope and factors <br />related to the budget.
