<br />2. Provide opportunity to the City to review, and comment on if appropriate, the <br />administrative draft CEQA document prior to its issuance for the public review <br />period. <br />3. Comply with the City's public noticing procedures for CEQA documents as set <br />forth in the California Public Resources Code and the City's Municipal Code. <br />4. Comply with CEQA Guidelines and regulations for filing the Notice of <br />Determination. <br />5. Like other applicants for discretionary review by the City, the District shall provide <br />funds for the City to acquire professional services (e.g. a contract land use <br />planner) for the purpose of supporting the City's discretionary review process and <br />obligations with respect to reviewing the District's CEQA documents in a timely <br />manner. <br /> <br />In carrying out its obligations as Responsible Agency, the City will endeavor to act <br />expeditiously on all matters under its jurisdiction.
