This includes removal of <br />existing area, excavate 6"in., grade and compact 6"in. of class II base-rock and replace all pavers only. Any <br />additional quantity will be priced $39.00 per square ft.. <br />2) The cost to over excavte in 6"in. layers will be $7,700.00. This includes excavate 6"in, grade and compact <br />6"in. of class II base-rock. <br /> <br />ALL Prices above exclude landscaping, electrical, sidewalk under-drains, trench drains, surveying or <br />engineering, testing, permits, fees, catch basins or storm work, asphalt, steel plating, night work, hand rails or <br />plywood ramps, builders risk insurance, waiver of subrogation, any work beyond pavers, tile work at buildings, <br />painting or striping, arborists, any item not specifically mentioned is considered excluded. <br /> <br />Note: J.J.R. will not do any work to involve tile or frontage of the building at entries. <br />Note: City of Redwood City must coordinate with J.J.R. for start of construction date.
