<br />If /,I <br />eXfuBI r A <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Contractor will supply all necessary tools, equipment, and materials necessary to <br />excavate and restore the 1200 sq. feet of pavers in front of 2072 and 2074 Broadway. <br />Work shall include demo and excavation of the area down to 12", compact subgrade, <br />install baserock class II and pavers. (Includes added mobilization, traffic control, access <br />and time constraints for downtown area.) <br /> <br />Contractor will also survey area: Existing control recovery, new site control and <br />benchmarks (if needed). Contractor will prepare exhibit map showing line of work. <br /> <br />Contractor will also reset additional Tree well area to the NW It~;;dirig-for this project. <br /> <br />Contractor will also provide all necessary tools, equipment, and materials necessary to <br />properly and legally mitigate traffic while performing above said work. Contractor shall <br />provide adequate warning and construction signs at the construction site. Additional <br />signs for the convenience of the public shall be maintained as directed by the City. <br /> <br />All work shall be performed according to City specifications and standards including, but <br />not limited to: <br /> <br />Section 00700 Part III - General Conditions Standard Contract <br /> <br />3.01 Work to be done <br />3.02 Clean up <br />3.11 Excavation plans <br /> <br />All excess materials and debris shall be removed and disposed of by contractor. <br />Contractor shall leave work areas neat and clean upon completion of all work. <br /> <br />Page 9 of 8 <br />
