-- 0 R I G I N A L 7/29/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12827 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR LAND ADJACENT TO EASTER CROSS <br /> PROPERTY FOR A COMMUNICATIONS SITE (396 SQUARE <br /> FEET, MORE OR LESS) <br /> <br /> (CELLULAR TELEPHONE COMPANY <br /> dba CELLULAR ONE) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 12786 , adopted <br /> <br /> June 10, ,1996, this Council approved and authorized the bid documents <br />relating to the leasing of approximately 396 square feet of property adjacent to <br />Easter Cross Property, more particularly described hereinafter, for a <br />communications site and authorized the City Clerk to advertise the lease of said <br />property in accordance with Section 3~ of the Charter of the City of Redwood <br />City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to said call for bids, one bid was received; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve the <br /> <br />aforementioned lease agreement; <br /> NOW THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Lease Agreement - Communications <br />Site (Emerald Lake Hills Water Tank Property)" (form dated , <br />1996) by and between the City of Redwood City and Bay Area Cellular <br />Telephone Company dba Cellular Inc., a copy of which agreement and the <br />associated legal description of leased real property are on file in the office of the <br /> <br /> <br />
