<br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />Shelter Network of San Mateo County <br />Maple Street Shelter <br /> <br />FISCAL YEAR 2007/2008 <br /> <br />Contractor shall use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of programs <br />which provide housing and human services assistance to lower and very low income <br />residents of the City. Contractor shall coordinate its activities with similar programs <br />conducted by the City or with other organizations which provide housing and supportive <br />services to Redwood City residents and, which are consistent with the Consolidated <br />Plan Objectives to be met during 2007-2008. Contractor shall collaborate with similar <br />programs in order to maximize these programs and services, and the City's financial <br />resources, which are available to lower and very low income residents. . <br /> <br />Funding provided under this contract covers billing periods from July 2007 to April 2008. <br />Requests for reimbursement must be submitted on a monthly basis. Final billing for <br />April 2008 must be submitted by May 20, 2008. Contractor agrees that any funds not <br />drawn down by the deadline will be reallocated to non-public services activities. <br />
