<br />Salary and Waqes & Frinqe Benefits
<br />
<br />This category is comprised of annualized salaries for the Executive Director, Program Director, Staff
<br />Services Coordinator, Bookkeeper, Receptionist, and the Fair Housing Specialist totaling $18,723. Health
<br />Insurance is $1,979, which covers medical and dental. Workmen's Compensation is a percentage of
<br />salary, totaling $281. State Unemployment Insurance is a percentage of salary per $7,000 multiplied by
<br />FTE, annually. Other personnel costs include FICA at a rate of .0765 multiplied by salary amount, totaling
<br />$1,432
<br />
<br />Office! Fiscal Management
<br />
<br />Telephone expenses include dial-up service, telephone lines, local and long distance. Office supplies
<br />include pens, pencils, paper, envelopes, file folders, paper clips, binding clips, labels, legal pads, staples,
<br />desktop accessories, computer supplies, office furniture, etc. Postage includes bulk mail fees, stamps,
<br />Fed Ex, certified mail, and UPS. Duplicating costs include copying costs, printing, and associated costs.
<br />Rent includes office rent and utilities. Insurance includes liability and funder indemnification. Equipment
<br />Rent/Maintenance costs include computers, copiers, telephone system rental and!or repair. Accounting
<br />includes data processing consultant fees. Audit costs include a contract with a Certified Public Accountant
<br />for an annual audit in compliance with OMB circulars.

<br />Outreach! Operations
<br />
<br />Training includes tester training, deposition training, legal training, Fair Housing School, and other training
<br />that contributes to the knowledge of the Specialist. Advertising includes fair housing ads, and staff
<br />recruitment. Instructional materials include internet subscriptions, website hosting, fair housing materials,
<br />flyers, and brochures; fair housing training logs. Activities include fair housing investigation - site tests,
<br />surveys, and phone tests - for complaint-based and!or audit-based testing. Mileage expense includes job-
<br />related travel such as travel to meetings, trainings, conferences, and appointments with clients, attorneys,
<br />and funders
