DES:dj~ 07/12/96 (017/42) <br /> 0 R I G I N A L 7/29/96 <br /> <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 12825 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> JEFFERSON AVENUE UNDERPASS WATER MAIN/SEWER MAIN <br /> RELOCATION PROJECT; AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br /> ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Jefferson Avenue <br />Underpass Water Main/Sewer Main Relocation project in the City of <br />Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed <br />by, this Council; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br /> <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents <br />for the Jefferson Avenue Underpass Water Main/Sewer Main <br />Relocation Project - City of Redwood City", prepared by the <br />Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy <br />of. which documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br />hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
