DES:dj" 07/25/96 (023/42) <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California and Gonsalves & Stronck/ <br />Archer, a joint venture, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of <br />Gonsalves & Stronck/Archer, are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br />upon execution by it of the aforementioned agreement, all <br />securities guaranteeing execution of the agreement upon award. <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
