For plan review services, Consultant must submit <br />a separate invoice for each project deemed completed by the City of Redwood City <br />Building Official or his/her designee, identified by street address and building permit <br />number for off-site reviews, and by hours. For all onsite work, invoices must include <br />the name of the employee, date work was performed and number of hours worked <br />for each date.
