Amendment No. 2 to the professional services agreement with Environmental <br />Sciences Associates for preparation of Environmental Impact Report for the <br />Harbor View Project at 320-350 Blomquist Street, 19 Seaport Boulevard, and <br />15-30 Stein Am Court <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />2 to the Professional Services Agreement with Environmental Sciences <br />Associates for additional scope and cost related to the preparation of the <br />Environmental Impact Report for the Harbor View project at 320-350 Blomquist <br />Street, 19 Seaport Boulevard, and 15-30 Stein Am Court. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.G. Agreement for on-call, as -needed professional surveying services with BKF <br />Engineers, Surveyors, Planners related to the City's Capital Improvement <br />Program <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional <br />Services Agreement with BKF Engineers, Surveyors, Planners of San Jose, CA, in <br />an amount not to exceed $350,000 for topographic surveying services, base <br />map preparation, boundary surveys, legal descriptions, and other related <br />services on an on-call, as -needed basis for various City -approved projects and <br />tasks for a period of two years from the Agreement date. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.H. Letter requesting Caltrain to provide greater flexibility and availability in <br />proposed fare changes to the Go Pass Program <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, (1) authorize the City Manager or designee to draft, and the Mayor <br />to sign, a letter on behalf of the City Council requesting Caltrain to consider <br />adjustments to the Go Pass Program to provide greater flexibility and increased <br />program participation, and (2) authorize the City Manager to sign a joint letter <br />from the member cities of the Managers Mobility Partnership for the same <br />purpose. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Page 4of9 <br />
