6.K. - Page 37 of 38 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Consultant shall: <br />1) Evaluate existing and future expansion capabilities for proposed security camera <br />solutions and make recommendations for camera selection, video software <br />management solution, data storage and retention solution, with appropriate schematic <br />drawings of current infrastructure and future expansion to inform development of Master <br />Security Camera Program. <br />Consultant shall complete all work associated with task #1 within 60 calendar days of <br />the Effective Date. <br />2) Write RFP for security camera integration vendor and provide to City staff. <br />Consultant shall complete all work associated with task #2 within 120 calendar days of <br />the Effective Date. <br />3) Review RFP proposals with City staff for vendor selection. <br />Consultant shall complete all work associated with task #3 within 30 calendar days of <br />the closing date for submissions of the RFP's referenced in item #2. <br />Page 10 of 11 <br />REV: 07-18-19 EI <br />ATTY/AGR.2019.205/True North Consulting Group, LLC 159 <br />
