R. - Page 43 of 47 <br />CEQA Guidelines (California Code of Regulations, Title 14, Sections 15000 et seq.). <br />Adoption of an ordinance regarding accessory dwelling units in a single-family or multifamily <br />residential zone to implement the provisions of Government Code is an action that is exempt <br />from the provisions of CEQA under Public Resources Code Section 21080.17 and CEQA <br />Guidelines Section 15282(h). The remaining amendments have been evaluated and found <br />to not have an impact on the environment under CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) as <br />it can be seen with certainty that they will not have an impact on the environment, as <br />described in the staff report. <br />Section 4. The City Council of the City of Redwood City hereby adopts the Zoning <br />Ordinance Amendments as provided in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated by <br />reference, by adding text shown in underline (example) and deleting the text shown in <br />strikeout (example). Wording in brackets ([example]) is informational only and is not to be <br />included in the published ordinance. <br />Section 5. Applicability. This Ordinance shall not apply to applications deemed <br />complete prior to the Ordinance's effective date. <br />Section 6.
