See Menlo Park zoning regs., 2800 SF max for 5000 SF lots. 28 ' max height. <br />2. Can you give designers a 250+ SF incentive to make one covered attached parking /space? This would <br />bring your FAR for 5000 SF lots up to 2750 SF total floor area. 2 -car covered parking is not always used <br />as residents park in driveway. <br />3. Basements are an expensive solution to increase FAR. <br />4. It is difficult to do a detached garage on a narrow lot/5000 SF <br />4.
