ORDINANCE EFFECTIVE DATE <br />Standard Ordinance: A second reading of the ordinance changes <br />would occur at the regularly scheduled September 9, 2019 Council <br />meeting. The effective date would be October 9, 2019, which is 30 <br />days after the second reading. <br />All <br />AP applications <br />that have <br />not been deemed complete prior <br />to <br />October <br />9, 2019 <br />would <br />be <br />subject <br />to new FAR Ordinance <br />Urgency Ordinance: Effective immediately. All AP applications that <br />have not been deemed complete prior to August 26, 2019 would <br />be subject to the adopted ordinance. <br />17 pending applications, 13 would be incomplete and not meet <br />recommended FAR <br />
