RECOMMENDATION <br />Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance approving new <br />Zoning Ordinance Article 48 (Floor Area Ratio) establishing a <br />maximum single-family home size of 2,500 square feet, or 0.40 <br />whichever is larger and approving associated amendments to other <br />Zoning Ordinance articles <br />Adjusting Planning Commission's recommendation of either <br />the 2,500 sq. ft. maximum or 0.40 FAR, whichever is greater <br />2. Hard -cap of 0.40 or 0.45 for all single-family homes <br />3. Sliding scale based on lot area <br />4. Soft -cap approach <br />5. Do not adopt FAR Ordinance/no action <br />6. Small Addition or Sloping Lot Exception <br />
