The City's specifications limited our Mobilization Item to 5% of our total bid. We set <br />up formulas to spread the necessary and additional Mobilization to the other bid items. <br />Unfortunately, the formulas were formatted incorrectly and the additional approximately $125,000 <br />did not get incorporated into the other bid items and our total bid price, As a result, Anderson <br />Pacific's bid was approximately $125,000 lower than intended. <br />Pursuant to Public Contract Code 5103 we request relief from our bid.
