The project is subject the following: <br />1. Scope of Work (SOW) — The SOW retrofits an existing 3 million gallon, 160 -feet diameter, <br />concrete tank, with a perimeter system of 35 pairs of 12 -inch diameter steel pipes; <br />2. The $718,945.50 obligated federal share is 75% of the $958,594 estimated total cost; <br />3. Benefit -Cost Ratio — 2.7; <br />4. Budget Changes - Additional funds require FEMA's written approval before implementation; <br />5. Activity Completion Date -- 18 months or March 20, 2020; <br />6. Period of Performance (POP) -- April 1, 2021, is the Grant POP date by which all grant activities <br />are expected to be completed, per HMA Guidance Part U1. D. 4; <br />7. Record of Environmental Consideration (REQ — CATEX with a special condition; and <br />8.
