6.F. -Page 12 of 13 <br />The following assumptions and conditions underlie Consultant's FOR costs: <br />1) The costs for this proposal reflect Consultant's 2019 Harbor View Project <br />Schedule of Fees and current fee rates for its subconsultants. <br />2) Consultant's scope of work includes public mailings of notices to designated public <br />and quasi -public agencies, County Clerk, and the State Clearinghouse, and Final <br />EIR documents to commenting public 1 quasi -public agencies. Consultant assumes <br />the City will conduct all mailings (including Final EIR documents where applicable) to <br />the general public, interested parties, and internal City distributions, as well as the <br />preparation, placement and payment of all newspaper notices. <br />3) Consultant's scope of work does not include preparation of City staff reports, <br />however, Task 3 does include drafting CEQA Findings for City staff to finalize. <br />4) No substantial changes will be made to the Revised Project and related materials <br />after the Consultant initiates work on the environmental analysis. <br />5) City staff or its consultant will provide to Consultant an updated water supply <br />assessment for the Revised Project, if it is determined by the City that one is <br />warranted given the reduced development program. <br />6) If the City directs that updated photosimulations or shadow studies be prepared for <br />the Revised Project, then the Project sponsor's qualified architect will prepare <br />these documents, which the Consultant will peer review. <br />Page 9 of 10 <br />REV: 08-06-19 PR <br />ATTYIAGR.Amend No. 21ESA Harbor View Project <br />
