0 R I G I N A L _. 7/15/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12817 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DECLARING DEDICATION OF PORTION <br /> OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY FOR STREET PURPOSES, <br /> DESIGNATING CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE <br /> EASEMENTS THEREON AND DIRECTING THE CITY <br /> CLERK TO FILE A CERTIFIED COPY OF THIS <br /> RESOLUTION FOR RECORDATION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That the City of Redwood City is the owner of the real property known as <br />Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11, Block 9; and Pamel I and Parcel VII, Block 4 recorded by <br />Series No. 91102770 of the subdivision map entitled, "Map of the Property in <br />Villa Lots of J. V. Diller Situated in Redwood City", which map was filed <br />September 18, 1863, in Book 1 of Maps at page 83 in the Office of the Recorder <br />of San Mateo County, State of California (the "City Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the public interest and convenience require that a portion of <br />City Property be dedicated for public use for the widening of Jefferson Avenue <br />and for a public service easement; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Those portions of Lots 8, 9, 10 and 11 are for public street use and <br />Pamel I and Parcel VII, Block 4 are for a public service easement, which portions <br />are shown on that certain subdivision map entitled, "Map of the Property in Villa <br />Lots of J.V. Diller Situated in Redwood City", which map was filed on September <br />18, 1863, in Book 1 of Maps at page 83 in the Office of the Recorder of San <br /> <br /> <br />
