DILLER <br /> SITUATED IN REDWOOD CITY", filed September 18, 1863 in Book I of Maps at page <br /> 83 in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California, more <br /> particularly described as follows: <br /> <br /> BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of said Lot 8, said point being distant <br /> thereon North 41 ° 27' 57" East 3.63 feet from the most westerly corner of said Lot 8; <br /> thence northeasterly along the northwesterly line of said Lots 8 and 9, North 41 ° 27' 57" <br /> East 95.37 feet to the most northerly corner of said Lot 9; thence southeasterly along <br /> the northeasterly line of said Lot 9 South 48° 32' 03" East 40.06 feet; thence leaving <br /> said northeasterly line South 44° 47' 24" West 2.29 feet to the beginning of a curve to <br /> the right having a radius of 145.00 feet; thence along said curve through a central angle <br /> of 34° 56' 57", an arc distance of 88.45 feet to a point of compound curvature having <br /> a radius of 155.00 feet; thence along said compound curve through a central angle of <br /> 05° 45' 00", an arc distance of 15.56 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. <br /> <br /> TOGETHER with a 10 foot wide Public Service Easement parallel to and southeasterly <br /> and southerly of the above described new southeasterly right of way line of Jefferson <br /> Avenue.
