DILLER SITUATED IN REDWOOD CITY", filed September 18, 1863 in Book I of Maps at page 83 in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the most westerly corner of said Lot 10; thence northeasterly along the northwesterly line of said Lot 10 North 41° 27' 57" East 68.93 feet to the most northerly corner of said Lot 10; thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot 10 South 52° 09' 15" East 44.32 feet; thence leaving said northeasterly line, South 44° 47' 24" West 71.85 feet to the southwesterly line of said Lot 10; thence northwesterly along said southwesterly line North 48° 32' 03" West 40.06 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER with a 10 foot wide Public Service Easement parallel to and southeasterly of the above described new southeasterly right of way line of Jefferson Avenue. The easement line shall be lengthened or shortened as needed so as to terminate at the southwesterly and northeasterly lines of said Lots 10 and 11 in Block 9.
