(304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on August 26, 2019. <br />Present: Councilmembers Aguirre, Borgens, Hale, Howard, Masur, Reddy, and Mayor Bain <br />M/S Masur/Aguirre to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Professional <br />Services Agreement with BKF Engineers, Surveyors, Planners of San Jose, CA, in an <br />amount not to exceed $350,000 for topographic surveying services, base map preparation, <br />boundary surveys, legal descriptions, and other related services on an on-call, as -needed <br />basis for various City -approved projects and tasks for a period of two years from the <br />Agreement date. <br />Motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />Pamela Aguilar, CMC <br />City Clerk <br />
