DES:d~ 06/18/96 (114/41) <br /> <br /> ~ 0 R I G I N A L 7/1/96 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12812 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> MARINA SEWER PUMP STATION REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> <br /> (METCALF & EDDY) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to rehabilitate <br />the Marina Sewer Pump Station in the City of Redwood City (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood <br />City requires professional engineering and design services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Metcalf & Eddy of Palo Alto, California represents <br />that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to <br /> <br />perform the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Engineering Services - Marina Sewer Pump Station Rehabilitation <br />Project" (form dated 06/18/96), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br />and Metcalf & Eddy, for the performance of the above-mentioned <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager <br />and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and <br />to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
