6.E. - Page 11 of 12 <br />Motion and second, Howard and Aguirre, to adopt Urgency Ordinance Alternative 3 <br />with the following amendments: <br />- Floor Area Ratio of 0.45% <br />- Acceptance of exceptions A, B and D in section 48.2 (Applicability) of Article 48 <br />The motion fails 5-2 by electronic vote with Councilmembers Hale and Masur <br />opposed. <br />Motion and second, Masur and Hale, to adopt Urgency Ordinance Alternative 3 with <br />the following amendments: <br />- Floor Area Ration of 0.45% <br />- Acceptance of exceptions A, B and D in section 48.2 (Applicability) of Article 48 <br />- Attached garages up to 400 square feet are exempt <br />Councilmember Masur withdrew the motion. <br />At 11:15 p.m., motion and second, Howard and Borgens to extend the meeting to <br />11:30 p.m. passes unanimously by voice vote <br />Motion and second, Howard and Aguirre, to adopt Urgency Ordinance Alternative 3 <br />with the following amendments: <br />- Floor Area Ratio of 0.45% <br />- Acceptance of exceptions A, B and D in section 48.2 (Applicability) of Article <br />48 <br />The motion passes unanimously by electronic vote. <br />9.
