The recommended changes were taken to the <br />Transportation Advisory Committee in May. The Committee expressed strong support for the proposed <br />changes and suggested staff consider a higher cost for the permit by incorporating the enforcement costs; <br />this was evaluated and is discussed below in the fee section. The Committee unanimously voted to <br />recommend to City Council the adoption of the proposed changes. The proposed changes were also <br />presented to the City Council Transportation/Mobility Sub -committee in May.
