• Newly -elected Councilmembers go into rotation following <br />the incumbent members who have not served as Mayor; <br />• Incumbent members retain their position in rotation when <br />re-elected except that new members will get priority over <br />those incumbents who have previously served as Mayor; <br />• Break in service of a Councilmember is treated in the <br />same manner as a newly elected member; and <br />• Members elected at the same time will be assigned <br />rotation based on highest number or percentage of votes <br />cast. <br />Redwood <br />City Uom <br />
