I'm not likely to <br />make the meeting, but I wanted to provide (yet another) opinion for you to draw from please. <br />As I'm sure you will hear from others, we don't suffer from a lack of office space in our town or even on the peninsula. <br />We do suffer from high rents and real estate prices and thus a lack of affordable housing. <br />It seems extremely simple, given that math. More housing and less office space. <br />I do appreciate the 1/3 "affordable" housing in the proposal, though I have yet to dig in to the project enough to know <br />what that means, but at surface level that's great! <br />But I think we can still do better and reduce the amount of office space and keep more open space/green space. <br />Thank you for reading. <br />
