6. Arrival and Set -Up Time. Performers must arrive no later than one hour <br />prior to the first performance time on each date specified in Exhibit "A." At least one hour <br />prior to the time of the first performance of the day, the City will provide Performers and <br />their designated representatives' sufficient access to the Place of Performance for set-up <br />and sound check. <br />7. Technical Requirements. The City will provide the technical requirements as <br />set forth in the Technical Rider attached hereto as Exhibit "B." <br />8. Term. Unless earlier terminated, the term of this Agreement will commence <br />upon the date first above written and will expire upon completion of performance of the <br />Performances, or in any event no later than November 30, 2019. <br />9. Notice. Each party will notify the other immediately of any changes of address <br />that would require any notice or delivery to be directed to another address. <br />10. Recording or Televising Performances. The City will not record, broadcast, <br />televise, videotape, photograph, film or otherwise extend beyond the Place of Performance <br />the Performances without the prior written consent of Performers. <br />11. Force Majeure: Cancellation. If Performers are unable to perform any <br />engagement set forth in the Schedule of Performance as a result of a strike, epidemic, Act <br />of God, war, or similar force majeure, all parties named above are relieved of their respective <br />obligations under this Agreement, and no named party may make a claim of damages <br />against the other. In this event, all parties will make their best effort to reschedule the <br />performance(s) within one (1) year of the date of the original performance. Inclement weather <br />does not relieve the City from its obligations provided that 1) the City does not otherwise <br />determine that the weather provides unsafe conditions; and 2) Performers are ready and <br />able to perform the engagement.
