Pacific Underground Construction, Inc., a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office <br />of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of Pacific Underground <br />Construction, Inc. are hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return to all unsuccessful <br />bidders, and to the successful bidder upon execution by it of the aforementioned <br />agreement, all securities guaranteeing execution of the agreement upon award. <br /> <br /> -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
