Professional services agreement with SCA Environmental, Inc. to provide <br />environmental services for the construction phase of the California Water <br />Tank, Pump Station and Transmission Main Project <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services <br />agreement with SCA Environmental, Inc. to provide environmental services for <br />the construction phase of the California Water Tank, Pump Station and <br />Transmission Main Project in the amount of $261,760, and authorize the City <br />Manager to amend the agreement for an additional amount of $26,176 in the <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
