Presentation of Pain Awareness Month proclamation <br />Michele Rice, California Ambassador for the U.S. Pain Foundation, accepted the <br />proclamation. <br />4.B. Transportation Advisory Committee newly appointed members swearing in <br />Matthew Self and Monica Colondres were sworn in by the City Clerk. <br />(Committee Members Rebecca Ratcliffe and Margarita Parra Cobaleda were not <br />present) <br />5.
