6.B. -Page 13 of 16 <br />W1:11 3 k ifi_1% <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Consultant will provide services for the construction phase of the California <br />Water Tank, Pump Station and Transmission Main Project ("Project") as set <br />forth herein. Consultant will provide both full-time and part-time inspection as <br />needed for the three tasks: Fenceline Air Quality Monitoring (FAQM), Technical <br />Consultation Services, and Soil Management Plan Review. <br />TASK 1: Fenceline Air Quality Monitoring (FAQM) — For Asbestos <br />Sub -task 1.1 Fenceline Air Quality Monitoring will include observation and <br />testing as necessary for the Asbestos Dust Mitigation Plan (ADMP) outlined <br />below related to the proposed earthwork for the Project. <br />1. Consultant will be responsible for the oversight and monitoring to ensure <br />compliance with the ADMP including: <br />a. Conducting daily inspections, <br />b. Conducting air monitoring, <br />c. Notifying the Project Manager and proper response agency in the <br />event of an emergency, and <br />d. Completing the necessary record keeping. <br />Services will include observation, laboratory testing as necessary to document <br />specification compliance, and to confirm field observations. Daily inspections <br />shall include eight hours of an Environmental Specialist field sampling and <br />inspecting earthwork, two hours of an environmentalist overtime preparing a <br />daily inspection report and transporting samples to a laboratory for testing, half <br />an hour of project administration and QA/QC, CARB TEM analysis lab test, <br />batteries, pumps, and filters. <br />Sub -task 1.2 Lapses in daily shifts exceeding three succeeding shifts will <br />require the monitoring equipment to be removed from the site (demobilized) <br />and re -mobilized to resume monitoring, when additional monitoring is required. <br />The work task for Mobilization/Demobilization of Equipment will include one <br />hour of administration and scheduling, eight hours of an environmental <br />specialist, and one hour of a field vehicle. <br />REV: 09-12-19 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2019.244/SCA Environmental, Inc.
