EXHIBIT A <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR EASEMENT <br />LANDS OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />A strip of land 20.00 feet wide, being a portion of Parcel H as shown on Volume 126 of <br />Subdivision Maps at Pages 76 through and including 79, San Mateo County Records, <br />lying 10.00 feet on each side of the following described centerline: <br />Beginning at the most southerly corner of said Parcel H; thence northwesterly along the <br />southwesterly boundary line of said Parcel H, North 71000'00" West 19.11 feet, to the <br />TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; thence leaving said southwesterly <br />boundary line, and across said Parcel H, along the arc of a 800.00 foot radius curve to <br />the left, whose center bears North 58°48'41" West, through a central angle of 6038'50", <br />an arc distance of 92.81 feet, more or less, to the northerly boundary line of said Parcel <br />H, said point being the POINT OF TERMINUS of this description. The sidelines of said <br />strip of land shall be prolonged or shortened so as to begin and terminate on the <br />southwesterly and northerly boundary lines of said Parcel H. Containing approximately <br />1,858 square feet, more or less. <br />All distances shown are grid distances and are based on the California Coordinate <br />System, Zone 3.
